Terms and Conditions

1. Course Structure

  1. Each course is of 90 hours duration

  2. Conducted in Hybrid Mode (Online + Hands-on training)

  3. Attendance and participation are mandatory

2. Certification

Certificates will be issued only after:

  1. Completion of training hours

  2. Submission of required work/report

  3. Evaluation and grading

3. Participant Responsibilities

  1. Follow training schedules and instructions

  2. Maintain discipline and ethical conduct

  3. Ensure safety during practical training

4. Travel & Accommodation

  1. All travel, lodging, and food expenses are borne by participants

  2. SUCHAK FOUNDATION is not responsible for personal arrangements

5. Intellectual Property

  1. Course content, materials, manuals, and presentations are proprietary

  2. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited

6. Limitation of Liability

SUCHAK FOUNDATION shall not be liable for:

  1. Personal injury, loss, or damage during training

  2. Technical failures beyond control
  
  3. Force majeure events

7. Governing Law

These policies are governed by the laws of India.
